Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

We strive for excellent customer service and have several quality control systems in place to check each order before shipping; however we do realize that from time to time returns are necessary.

  • All return requests are required within 10 days from receipt of merchandise.
  • Prior authorization is required to return any products items. Please contact Customer Service to obtain an ARS.
  • Special Order items are not eligible for return
  • Please note that we do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
  • A 25% restocking will be applied to returned shipments.

 

Shipping

UPS Ground and Expedited services with FedEx within 24-48 hours on regular orders - custom orders are subject to additional shipping terms. USPS is used for drop ships and upon request for regular orders. Once packages are turned over to shipping vendors Christian Anchor is no longer responsible for Delays, Damage or Lost packages. Please contact Customer Service immediately if there are any issues with your shipment.

 

Our Back-order policy

We offer free shipping on all back orders over $50. If an order is not equal to or greater than $50 we will ship the order with the most economical shipping method with prior customer approval.
